Sunriver Realty had so much to offer my customers. I already worked for another real estate company in Sunriver. Sunriver Realty offered so much more to me and my customers in the way of services and marketing support and reputation. Sunriver Realty also has a great group of professional agents, managers, and support staff. I wanted to be associated with the best company in the area so I could offer the best service to my customers.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
This profession offers tremendous variety -- no two sales are the same and no two clients have the same needs. There are new challenges every day which keeps life interesting. I like challenges; so finding the right house for a client or selling a home in a tough market or overcoming issues in a transaction are fun for me.
There is no greater satisfaction than to help people realize their dreams!
WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR AREAS OF EXPERTISE?
I have specialized in resort sales now for almost 15 years and find it much more rewarding than regular residential sales, because you are helping people realize a lifestyle dream.
Previously, I owned my own good-sized company and prior to that I was a nurse. So real estate gives me a great chance to use my marketing and negotiating experience from my business and my love of working with people from nursing.
HOW DO YOU ENJOY CENTRAL OREGON?
There is so much to do here! I'm an outdoor enthusiast, love exploring and trying new things. As much as my husband and I have explored Central Oregon, we have just scratched the surface. We've done a lot of the usual things like skiing, biking, and hiking. Most recently we have become ATV enthusiasts as well as kayaking. I love kayaking Hosmer & Sparks lakes and ATV riding all of the trails around the area.
