Why did you come to work for Sunriver Realty?
Growing up in a builder’s family means daily involvement in real estate and property development. While I enjoy onsite sales immensely, I was ready to branch out into more general real estate and chose Sunriver Bend Realty for the agent support and client services offered.
What do you love about your job?
I enjoy the fact that every day is a new experience, and there is never a shortage of adventures and challenges.
What are some of your areas of industry expertise or preference?
New Home Construction & Property Sales.
Some might say I’ve been utterly compelled into real estate sales; I began pushing a broom at age six on my father’s construction sites, held open houses throughout High School, and then, after working for the family building business, married a builder. Did I ever even have a choice? I love new construction and feel quite at home throughout each stage of a build-out.
How do you enjoy Central Oregon?
Well, due to the lack of Nordstrom in Bend, I’ve learned to appreciate the river trails, biking, and cruising to Cultus Lake. During the winter months, I love snowmobiling and stealing young children’s sleds at Mt. Bachelor.
What's a valuable lesson you learned (in real estate)?
Comunication is key. There is no ESP between real estate agent, builder, and client.
