Since entering the real estate industry in 1999, I have been impressed by each of the agents at Sunriver Realty as well as the managing brokers and owners. Recently, while evaluating the direction I wanted to take my business, I came to the conclusion that it is very important to provide my clients with a top producing company, well-known and respected market leaders, solid market presence, extensive and diverse market reach and a team of top producing agents to help get their property sold. What do you love about your job?
I love meeting new people each and every day and sharing in their lives. As someone who spent their childhood constantly moving, I’ve found an enjoyment in helping people discover Bend and Central Oregon. It’s an exciting outdoor wonderland that never fails to excite, amuse, and inspire awe in people new to Bend as well as those who have been fortunate to call Bend home for many years.
What are some of your areas of industry expertise or preference?
While I work in every area of residential real estate, I have worked extensively in the land use and development arena. The last few years has seen an emergence of awareness in our community toward smart growth principles and supporting the goals of green building and sustainable design.
How do you enjoy Central Oregon?
My husband and I moved to Bend in 1992 and, along with our family of pets, enjoy the great outdoors by mountain biking, kayaking, hiking, taking part in the Art Hop, Bend Summer Festivals and all the other cultural and musical events in our area.
What's a valuable lesson you learned (in real estate)?
Dream big and plan conservatively.
