Why did you come to work for Sunriver Realty?
Husband works for Sunriver Resort, our Realtor, Carol Donohoe works for Sunriver and everyone we talk to can’t say enough great things about this company.
What do you love about your job?
Getting to know the people that work for the agency as well as the clients. Helping them find the perfect match for their needs and wants. The relatioinships that continue long after the sale is complete.
What are some of your areas of industry expertise or preference?
Worked for many years in the Resrot business in sales & marketing, did great deal of direct sales as well as managed departments of up to 9 people. Worked in RE in Park City as a Realtor/Assistant for 4 years handling marketing for our team of 3 & working my own sales. Enjoy the direct sales and the marketing side of Real estate
How do you enjoy Central Oregon?
Love the culture and sense of community here. The opportunity for year round activities is fantastic. The people are probably the warmest I have met since leaving Colorado in 2002 and everyone seems willing to help and support each other which is unique.
What's a valuable lesson you learned (in real estate)?
SOMETIMES friendship and business don’t mix as well as you might think. The wiser path may be to refer a close friend to an unbiased party for their RE needs.
