Located just South of the Sunriver area is a unique and diverse group of neighborhoods known as the "Three Rivers Area." The Little Deschutes, Big Deschutes and Fall Rivers meander through this scenic high mountain valley to create a setting of natural beauty among the native pine forests.

Some neighborhoods in the Three Rivers area offer larger homesites and small acreage. Others are on the river, some with their own dock. A wide selection of architectural styles and price ranges are available.

THREE RIVERS AREA NEIGHBORHOODS:

Deschutes River Recreation Homesites: Lots in this area average about 1/2 acre in size. Some properties are along the Deschutes River.

Fall River Estates: The scenic Fall River flows through the heart of this charming and scenic neighborhood.

Lazy River: A variety of parcel sizes; some border the Little Deschutes River.

Spring River: Located just across the Deschutes River from Sunriver. Some lots have a view of the Spring River—a short and scenic waterway leading to the Deschutes.

Vandevert Ranch: Private, gated community on 400 acres. Protective CC&R's and design committee. Parcels average 2-3 acres in size.
