WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
I enjoy helping people as they transition to new chapters within their lives. Whether it is relocating due to career change, growing family, downsizing, retirement, second or third home, or investment properties; it is always very satisfying to help through what can be very stressful times.

WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR AREAS OF INDUSTRY EXPERTISE OR PREFERENCE? 
My preference and expertise is in working with families and individuals in finding vacation or second homes, primary residences, lots and small acreages, investment properties, and small commercial opportunities. I am very comfortable and knowledgeable regarding surveys, septic issues, and wells.

HOW DO YOU ENJOY CENTRAL OREGON?
Enjoying Central Oregon is very easy when you are surrounded by many recreational opportunities and the sheer beauty of this area. How can you not enjoy carving a perfect turn on your snowboard, watching an incredible sunrise, having an osprey or eagle glide silently overhead while flying fishing or enjoying a picnic at your favorite lake with friends and family?

ANY VALUABLE REAL ESTATE LESSONS?
I’ve learned to really listen to my clients and to keep it personal. For some, it could easily become “just a job,” but to my clients it is often the largest personal transactions of their lives. I try very hard to exceed client expectations, and I start by carefully listening.
