WHY DID YOU COME TO WORK FOR SUNRIVER REALTY?
I met Carolyn Bostwick, one of our principal brokers, and a few other Sunriver realty agents prior to joining the company and I was really impressed with the close relationships the agents have with one another and how well they worked together as a team. I had also heard about the stellar reputation that Sunriver Realty holds within the community. 

WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
I work exclusively at Caldera Springs, and am also a homesite owner here.   I love being able to meet potential owners and introducing them to the Caldera Springs lifestyle from an owners perspective.  I have to say that one of the greatest joys of my job is reconnecting with our owners year after year.  I love hearing about how their families are doing, seeing the kids, and how quickly they are all growing up.  I have the benefit of getting to see our community again through their eyes and enjoy their excitement over being a part of the Caldera family.  We're having a great time here. 

WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR AREAS OF EXPERTISE?
Prior to coming to work for Sunriver Realty, I worked for a home styling company. I had the opportunity to stage homes for sale, and also work with builders and homeowners on their designs.  Before moving to Bend, I lived in Southern California where I was a paralegal for over 10 years.  My favorite job however, was working in a Gelato store when I was 16.  My specialty was tasting all the flavors ! 

HOW DO YOU ENJOY CENTRAL OREGON?
I love the small town atmosphere and I think it is a great place to raise kids with all the wide open spaces and fresh air. If Nordstrom would build a store here I’d never have to leave town. 

ANY VALUABLE REAL ESTATE LESSONS?
Always expect the unexpected, and just be a good listener.
